- Which countries can I travel to?
- You're free to travel the entirety of Spain and Portugal.
- Who can drive a camper van from Sunny Roads?
- Any person 28 years and older, and that have held their license for at least five years. They must also have previously registered their license with Sunny Roads prior to the rental start date. You can have an additional driver at no extra cost.
- Can I bring my dog or pet with me?
- Unfortunately not, pets are not allowed aboard our camper vans.
- Is there a minimum rental period?
- Yes, our minimum rental period is 2 nights.
- Do you offer airport pickups
- Yes, we will happily pick you up from the airport at no extra cost. We can arrange this via email once you've made your booking.
- Can I pick-up and drop-off on weekends and public holidays?
- Yes, you can. At no extra cost to your booking.
- What times can I pick up my camper van?
- The standard pickup time is 4pm and the standard drop-off time is 12pm. You can request different times during the booking process, these however are not guaranteed and we will confirm with you after the booking has been made.
- Where can I pick up my Sunny Roads camper van?
- The location of the van is stated on each camper van page and detailed in the booking process. We'll send you the exact location of pickup and drop-off via email after you've completed the booking process.
- Do you offer one-way rentals?
- No, we don't offer one-way rentals. The camper van should be picked up and dropped off from the same location.
- Is there a security deposit?
- Yes, all our camper vans require a security deposit. This is to cover any damage to the vehicle or equipment during your rental. The security deposit amount is displayed on each camper van page and clearly shown in the booking process. It is generally around 1000€. This will have to be provided either by debit or credit card. It will be returned within 14 days after returning the van, provided that everything is in order. If a credit card is used for the deposit, the amount will only be reserved and then released automatically after 30 days. Cash deposits are not accepted. However, the deposit may be transferred to our account in advance with a short notification to us via email referencing your booking number which is sent to you via email and the name and account number of which the deposit will be sent from.
- How can I pay?
- You can pay using a credit or debit card.
- Does your camper van have a bike rack?
- Unless stated on the camper van page, our camper vans do not have a bike rack.
- What should I do in an emergency?
- If you have problems with your van, you should contact us right away, either by email info@sunnyroads.es or by phone +34 652 259 059
- What is your cancelation policy?
- Guests may receive a full refund if they cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 full days before the rental start date. After 48 hours guests are only entitled to a 50% refund regardless of how far the check-in date is. The guest will also receive a 50% refund of the accommodation fees if they cancel a reservation at least 7 days before check-in. If the guest cancels a reservation fewer than 7 days in advance, they won’t be eligible for any refund.
